Treehouse Pediatrics now has a Patient Portal
, where you can ask us questions, request a medication refill, request immunization records, and communicate with Treehouse Pediatrics via email. This will help save a lot of the “phone tag” that happens with everyone’s busy schedules. Patient Portal communication is encrypted and HIPAA compliant. Frequently Asked Questions
- I sent a patient portal question or request at night or over the weekend. When should I expect a response?
We monitor communications via the patient portal during our normal business hours. If you send us a message when we are not operating during our normal business hours, we will respond the next business day.
- Can I request or schedule an appointment through the portal?
No. It is always best to call the office to schedule appointments to make sure that we can find a date and time that fits your schedule.
- We have more than one child. Can I set up one account for all of our children?
Yes. Once you sign up you can add your whole family.
- Can I print lab results, my child’s immunization records, or view my child’s chart directly from the portal?
Not at this time, but you can request any of these through the portal and we will email them back to you via a secure email. Per HIPAA reguatlions, this email expires after 24 hours so please be on the lookout for an email with the subject "Your recommendation from Treehouse Pediatrics."
