In our continued efforts to make your healthcare easier, we are pleased to announce Health Desk, a new service where you can ask us questions without lifting the phone! Whenever you have any health-related issues, you can now ask us on your computer or smartphone. The response emails will be titled “Your Recommendation from Treehouse Pediatrics” and are only valid for 24 hours. They may be routed to "Junk" or "Spam" folders, so please be on the lookout for our return response.
Things you can do are:
- Ask medical questions with no waiting on the phone
- Request refills on prescriptions
- Request immunization records, school notes, good health statements, labs and other forms
- Request referrals and specialist lists
- Request full or partial medical records and much more!
This will be used as our Patient Portal. You will be able to communicate with your Healthcare Team, Front Office Team, Billing Team, Medical Assistants, and Traige Team. You will be asked to register the first time you log on but this will be a family account so you will be able to add all the children in your family.
Our Healthdesk is available for you to access 24 hours a day; however, it is only monitored from 8am – 4pm Monday through Friday. If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911. If you need immediate nurse assistance outside of our normal business hours, please call 866.439.3975
