Insurance Information
At Treehouse Pediatrics, we understand that navigating insurance can be challenging. That’s why we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible. We accept a wide range of insurance plans to ensure your child receives the best care without added stress.
What insurance do we accept?
- We are contracted with most major insurers and are continuing to add more. Please contact your insurance company to verify if we are a contracted provider with your insurance. If your insurance is not listed, you can still see us, and may qualify for a self-pay discounted rate. Also, check which lab your insurance company is contracted with. You are responsible for any fees that are not paid by your insurance carrier. Please note that your invoice will have two logos: ours and our central business office.
For Newborn Parents
- Make sure to add your newborn to your health plan within the first 30 days. If you want to put your baby on your health plan, call your insurance company and have his/her birth certificate and social security number ready. Tell them you just had a baby and would like to add him/her to your health plan.
- If we are unable to verify active insurance by the 2-month well-child exam, you will be considered self-pay and we will be happy to walk you through that process if needed.
