We regret to announce that Dr. Laura Baer’s last day at Treehouse Pediatrics will be August 28th, 2025. We are grateful for her years of dedication and service to our patients and are excited to see her pursue personal & familial goals. 

Patients often have questions about who will assume their care when physicians leave. Treehouse Pediatrics has a wonderful team of physicians available to continue care for patients of Dr. Baer, and we will ensure the transition to another one of our pediatricians is seamless. We will be reaching out to patients of Dr. Baer to reschedule appointments as necessary to maintain the continuity of their care. We will do everything possible to ensure your absolute satisfaction during this transition. Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person that you designate only through your permission. If you plan to continue your care with our office, your records will be immediately accessible to the new pediatrician of your choice. If you choose to see a different physician, please print and sign our authorization form https://treehousepedi.com/patients/forms/ and return it to us so that we may transfer your records as requested. Until then, your records will remain on file here. We thank you very much for trusting us with your healthcare needs and we appreciate your understanding. 

Dr. Baer will be transitioning to life as a full time mom to her two beautiful girls and as such will be unavailable to contact after her last day. All physicians at Treehouse are prepared to handle any questions or concerns you may have about your child. 

It is a privilege to continue serving our families by providing compassionate care for your children.
