Lauren Nichols earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas State University and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at the University of Texas at Arlington. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Lauren spent eight years working in the emergency department as a trauma nurse where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for caring for patients and families during some of their most critical moments.

Lauren has been part of the Treehouse team since 2020 and is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and their families. She enjoys being part of a team that prioritizes compassionate, family-centered care and is committed to creating an environment where patients and parents feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Being a mom is Lauren’s greatest joy and has given her an even deeper appreciation for caring for children and supporting families. Lauren married her husband in 2024 and together they enjoy making memories with their daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, gardening, and spending the summers boating.
